There will be a drive-through Pork Chop (or Hot Dog) Supper on Saturday, November 14th from 4-6 p.m. at the Serena United Methodist Church, 2259 E. US Rt. 52 in Serena. The food will be furnished by 5B’s BBQ catering of Waterman. Tickets ($14 for 2-pork chops + sides, or $6 for 1 hot dog + sides) will be sold in advance, with few available the day of the supper. Proceeds will help fund Bare Necessities, the Serena Community Garden, Adult Education and other programs sponsored by the Bread of Life Ministries cooperative of Serena, Harding, Norway and Millington United Methodist Churches. Inside fundraisers, such as the Serena Church’s annual Kumla Supper are not permitted.
