Camp Dream: Free Summer Camp

Open to: Children and teens with diabetes (5-17). Parents/guardians, and siblings of campers are also encouraged to attend.
Activities: Field games, team-building, crafts, education, and support for parents and kids, and more!
Registration instructions: Download Camp DREAM forms from www.lchd.com. Submit completed paperwork by June 14th: send to Lee County Health Department (309 S. Galena Ave. Suite 100, Dixon, IL 61021) (Fax: 815-228-1811).
