What: Trinity’s Relay for Life Team fundraiser at Ottawa Culver’s Restaurant

A Culver’s Cares fundraiser will be held at the Ottawa Culver’s restaurant to benefit cancer research and treatment. The fundraiser will be Monday, May 21, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
Members of the Relay for Life team from Trinity Lutheran Church will be serving meals, cleaning tables, and greeting customers. Relay for Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The fundraising will be celebrated at the Relay for Life event at Mendota High School on July 14 from 6:00 to 12 midnight.
Trinity’s Relay for Life team formed recently as a number of members have successfully undergone treatments for cancer. Unfortunately, a number of members, friends, and family members have not survived this terrible disease. This effort is to remember those who have passed away, celebrate those who have survived, and to help improve treatments and find cures for cancer.
Culver’s will donate a percentage of the evening’s receipts to Trinity’s Relay for Life team. So, the more meals and ice cream sold, the better! Please come!
