Patricia J. Mann, 80, of Streator passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Visitation will be from 4-6 P.M. Wednesday, March 25th at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation and private family burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Streator.
Born June 20, 1945 in Streator she was the daughter of Walter and Mary (Jakupcak) Adams. She married Dennis Mann in September 23, 1967.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Mann of Streator; daughters, Melissa (Kenneth) Bublitz of Shorewood and Michele Mann of Streator; and a sister, Shirley Oldani of Elwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Betty Boyle.
Born and raised in Streator she attended St. Mary’s Grade School and graduated from Streator High School. She lived in Streator her lifetime.
She worked for many years for St. Mary’s Hospital in various clerical positions.
She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church, Streator.
She enjoyed bowling through the years and bowled in several different leagues.
