PEORIA – A Streator man has died as a result of a motorcycle crash in Peoria. According to the Peoria Police Department, on Saturday before 3 a.m., they responded to the area of Main and Crescent streets for a man who was ejected from his motorcycle after failing to negotiate a turn. Police say, the motorcycle left the roadway and traveled across the sidewalk into the adjacent parking lot. The driver, 25-year-old Cody Graham, of Streator, was transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center where he later died that morning. Graham suffered severe blunt force head trauma, and other blunt force trauma injuries causing his death. Toxicology is pending per state statute. He was the lone occupant of the motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet. The investigation is on-going by the Peoria Police Traffic Unit.
